- Existing load basis unclear -> send 12 months demand history or utility interval data -> owner: account holder
- Service rating not visible -> send main-service label photo -> owner: electrician
- Proposed EVSE load missing -> send charger cut sheets -> owner: installer
- Panel schedule missing -> send panel schedule or field photo -> owner: facilities
- DCFC scope unclear -> mark DCFC held for review or include listed managed-load path -> owner: installer + PE
