Project: Northline Dallas Service EV-service chargers

Selected now:
- Four Level 2 AC service-bay chargers
- Nameplate: 11.5 kW per port
- Total proposed L2 load: 46.0 kW
- Operating use: service-bay charging during business hours, overnight catch-up when needed

Held for review:
- One 180 kW DC fast charger
- Reason held: downstream panel and service basis need stronger files before capital spend

Recommended first scenarios:
1. Four L2 chargers now
2. Eight L2 chargers later
3. L2 now, DCFC after service and panel review
4. DCFC with staging or cap narrative if reviewer accepts the equipment path

This is a synthetic cut sheet summary. A real project should attach manufacturer cut sheets and installer scope.
